Overview

LMI is seeling an experienced technologist with significant program management experience. The ideal candidate possesses expertise managing and supporting the implementation of complex systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. The Program Manager will work with team members to plan/design, implement, and manage all aspects of the technology lifecycle from requirements through sustainment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the leadership, management, and execution of multiple teams planning and executing the technical refresh of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for the orderly program transition from current state (Navy ERP) to future state (Navy ERP+).
  • Support the management all acquisition life cycle phases of assigned programs/projects to include definition, development, design, integration, test and evaluation, production, installation, training, and deployment.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate acquisition management, technical development, and financial control for the entire lifecycle of Navy business integration.
  • Oversee multiple technical and change management projects within a large-scale program implementation.

Qualifications

  • BS, Master’s preferred
  • Secret Clearance 
  • 15+ years project management experience, preferably in support of the United States Navy
  • 10+ years program management experience leading major technology implementations (SAP S4/HANA implementation experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience leading large technical management and implementation teams of 20+ FTEs
  • PMP required, PgMP strongly desired
