Physical Requirements

Sitting and standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25lbs. Performing repetitive motion tasks. Effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.



Shift

The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm., 40 hours/week, typical shift hours are 8:15am to 5:15pm. Shift hours can change without notice due to the needs of the Customer Service Center. Required overtime and Saturdays are expected during certain times of the year such as the start of student semesters and the beginning of the fiscal year; July 1.



Job Summary

Seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative candidate. This position will serve as a customer service representative in the Customer Service Center of the Transportation Services Department. This position is responsible for parking permit issuance and maintaining timely and accurate transhactions and related record keeping. This position will provide professional, customer-friendly, positive customer service and be able to resolve ordinary concerns, conflicts, and grievances with students, employees, and visitors. Confidence in software management is crucial. Special assignments are required.
