Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately creating, entering, reviewing, editing and maintaining all inputted data, resolving discrepancies as necessary.
  • Provide documentation and information to account for production discrepancies, raw material and component consumption discrepancies, and cycle count discrepancies.
  • Conduct Cycle Count Audit on a monthly basis
  • Communications with vendors & multiple internal departments
  • Verify receiving and receipt paperwork, noting any discrepancies.
  • Organize priority orders and receive such orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Report all receiving issues and information to department leads and sales department to avoid delays and quality failures.
  • Ensure that all receiving documents and receiving logs are easily accessible and maintained.
  • Perform cross functional tasks as requested by management.
  • Work both individually and as part of a team to maximize productivity, efficiency and quality.
  • Work and communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external personnel.
  • Must follow all safety rules and regulations, including the reporting of any hazards, violations or

injuries to Management no matter how minor.

  • Must operate safety equipment and help provide a safe working environment by maintaining good
