Evaluate and compare athletic talent for potential growth and development of student-athletes. Maintain correspondence with a large number of prospects: e-mail, letters, and phone throughout the recruitment process.</li>

<li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of their team locker rooms, facilities and office areas, as well as keep the weight room and training room functional.</li>

<li>Demonstrate a commitment to student success by providing guidance and advice to students regarding course progress, and academic and disciplinary issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate all disciplinary issues with Coordinator of Practical Nursing.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
2. Currently licensed as a Tennessee EMT-Paramedic, without history of revocation, denial, or suspension of licensure.
3. Experience. Pre-Hospital: Minimum of two years practicing in the pre-hospital environment or one hundred fifty (150) hours of EMS instruction acceptable to the Board. Administrative: Minimum of one year in EMS educational administration.
4. Completion of an EMS Board-approved Instructors’ course.
