Responsible for proper HVAC service and performance requirements of Joint Commission and AHCA in patient care facilities. • Acts as the Company’s consultant and advisor to gain the best purchased value of contractor service. • Specifies and recommends service agreements and service frequencies according to accepted parameters for all Regulatory Agencies including OSHA. • Maintains adequate, lean spare parts inventory and maintains a clean and safe shop and storage area. • Assists in routine Facility Department duties as directed by the Facilities Manager. • Performs other duties as assigned.This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
