Aspire Health Alliance is actively seeking a Community Clinical Supervisor for a school-based role to be located in Weymouth public schools. This position is a cornerstone of our mission to deliver urgent behavioral healthcare services to students within the school environment and the surrounding community. The Community Clinical Supervisor will report to the VP of Crisis and SUD Services and will be responsible for overseeing the provision of mental health services to ensure that students receive the necessary support to succeed academically and personally. The role entails providing clinical supervision to School-Based Clinicians and acting as a clinical resource to school staff, aiding in the identification and referral of students who could benefit from behavioral health interventions. The supervisor will also offer direct short-term support to students in the school and community, and act as a liaison to facilitate access to community supports, including Aspire CBHC's outpatient and crisis intervention services.
