</li><li>Drive continuous improvement within the IT organization.</li><li>Work with the business to maximize capabilities of existing systems.</li><li>Research new technologies, evaluate and recommend new software or systems and manage all associated implementations or changes.</li><li>Assist with the integration needs between vendors and other IT teams.</li><li>Partner with team members to understand requirements for administration, configuration, and support for maintenance or enhancement of existing systems.</li><li>Evaluate alternative applications and solutions to meet business capabilities and requirements.</li><li>Identify gaps in existing technology and determine the best way to fill the gap using existing or new technologies.</li><li>Ensure systems are implemented and configured to meet business and technical requirements as well as best practices.</li><li>Provide escalated support of enterprise Infrastructure systems from other internal teams or vendors when appropriate.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, including support tickets, evaluating new releases, and upcoming roadmap capabilities.</li><li>Work with vendor resources to create statement of works to support requirements as needed.</li><li>Maintain documentation of assigned technology systems, processes and components.</li><li>Produce cost and resource estimates based on requirements and statements of work.</li><li>Ensure that solutions meet all compliance, legal, internal controls, and accounting standards.</li><li>Provide after-hours support as needed for critical systems.</li><li>Mentor and assist Junior System Administrators and other IT staff.</li><li>Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.</li></ul>What You’ll Need:<ul><li>5+ years’ experience in Infrastructure &amp; Operations</li><li>3+ years’ experience managing and maintaining corporate Windows workstations and servers, storage and VMWare server environment</li><li>3+ years’ experience managing and maintaining corporate Active Directory and Group Policy environments</li><li>3+ years’ experience managing projects on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Infrastructure related systems</li><li>3+ years’ experience managing endpoints – patching, OS and application deployments, anti-virus, malware, web filtering</li><li>3+ years’ experience with supporting IT systems in a multisite, corporate environment</li><li>Experience in networking</li><li>BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent</li></ul>Other Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Desire to identify and apply new technology as the technology roadmap evolves</li><li>Ability to manage and coordinate major complex projects/services</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to change and handle ambiguity</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with differing knowledge levels and technical ability</li><li>Strong customer service orientation</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross functional groups and participate in problem solving process</li><li>Ability to plan and implement projects on time and within budget</li><li>Ability to reconcile competing demands between conflicting interests and priorities</li><li>Excellent decision-making skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience in hospitality, especially restaurants, is considered a plus</li><li>Certifications in Microsoft, server and security areas are considered pluses</li></ul>Compensation Range: $100,000-120,000.
