As our founder, Kent Taylor once said, “We are a people company that just happens to serve steaks.” Check us out, you won’t be disappointed!Position Overview The Guest Relations Coordinator serves Texas Roadhouse guests by answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the guest relations database.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer guest relations calls conveying care and concern</li><li>Take detailed, accurate notes on all guest calls using the Guest Relations ServiceNow application</li><li>Employ critical thinking skills and available resources to correctly address guest concerns in a timely manner</li><li>Use discretion in deciding when to redirect sensitive guest issues to the correct department when appropriate (Risk, Public Relations, Employee Relation, Crisis Team, etc.)</li><li>Advise restaurant management in obtaining successful guest resolutions</li><li>Utilize guest relations database reporting tools to provide critical follow up communication to restaurant partners</li><li>Assist guests in reconciliation of gift card issues</li><li>Respond to social media for guest recovery opportunities</li><li>Read and review all concerns that are submitted via the TXRH website to classify and assign correctly</li><li>Follow up with stores, Market Partners, and guests for open cases past 72 hours</li><li>Support full-time team members case regions as needed</li></ul>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Qualifications<ul><li>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)</li><li>Six months to one-year experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or guest services</li><li>Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel &nbsp;</li></ul>For remote option, internet and a quiet place to work are requiredThis job description includes essential functions and basic duties and is intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
