We are passionate, we care about people, we perform at a superior level, and we protect others and our environments.CompensationThe base hourly rate for this position is $25.00.Great Benefits-Medical, Dental, Vision, Matched 401K and Bonus Vacation and Holiday Pay The Storeroom/Inventory Coordinator has responsibility and accountability for all MRO parts, supplies, and equipment.&nbsp; This position is responsible for duties such as assisting with the MRO cycle count and supporting corporate price control initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:<ul><li>Maintain a well-organized environment by categorizing items with proper labels</li><li>Load/unload delivered or picked up inventory supplies</li><li>Ensure all items match purchase orders and report any discrepancies</li><li>Ensure timely receipt of all inventory items into the inventory system</li><li>Work with Suppliers to return defective or incorrect items</li><li>Create purchases order for new and restock inventory items</li><li>Conduct regular checks to verify stock levels and address any discrepancies</li><li>Manages inventory accuracy service level metrics (cycle count)</li><li>Validate MRO auto-reorder of parts (min/max levels)</li><li>Ensure new inventory items are not duplicated in the system</li><li>Creates New Material numbers for parts in SAP system</li><li>Conduct business with vendors on inventory and services</li><li>Supports maintenance ensuring team has all necessary parts and tools for assigned task</li><li>Assists Maintenance Planner with maintenance work orders</li><li>Verify all parts and tools are in stock to ensure the Mechanics can complete work orders</li><li>Wears all personal protective equipment as required by management</li><li>Always keeps equipment and work areas clean and orderly by following the principles of 5S</li><li>Maintains scrap metal and schedules pick up when needed</li><li>Certified Forklift Driver</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>Education and/or Experienceand SkillsHigh school diploma or (GED)Experience with Microsoft OfficeIndustrial Maintenance Experience (preferred)Manufacturing ExperienceFamiliarity with software used for tracking inventory; (SAP-preferred)Please Keep in Mind If you do not meet 100% of these requirements, we at JM still want to hear from you.
