The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement, and increase member value. The team drives the development of products and software that deliver on business growth while increasing speed to market and modernizing AR. The team is also responsible for enhancing customer experience through development and enhancement of AR capabilities on MARS – Modern Account Receivables System.&nbsp;We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Product Manager to lead the growth and transformation of MARS Platform and help us build our next generation of technology assets within MARS. The primary focus area for this role will be leading the Product Team for MARS platform.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead transformational initiatives to modernize MARS platform, working within tight modernization timelines and commitments.</li><li>Full participation in and support of agile and SAFe practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile transformation of the delivery team.</li><li>Build robust understanding of the Account Receivables domain.</li><li>Create and manage the product roadmap for the capabilities you own.</li><li>Support leadership in developing a platform strategy, in the sizing of development efforts, and PI planning.</li><li>Foster and contribute to a culture of ownership, follow-through, and collaboration by adopting a mindset of doing whatever it takes to make the team successful.</li><li>Coaching and developing the skills of more junior product managers and product owners</li><li>Work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key stakeholders to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with international AR peers to drive capability globalization and market adoption of platform capabilities where appropriate.&nbsp;</li><li>Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance.&nbsp;</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s (or comparable experience) in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience in software product management throughout the product lifecycle; from discovery to optimization, product delivery and maintaining product health</li><li>Understanding of how capabilities are built in a modern technology stack.</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally.</li><li>Experience with agile and scrum software development methodologies</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to consult with various stakeholders and drive to thorough requirements.</li><li>Problem solving, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Project management skills: ability to prioritize and complete tasks.</li><li>Experience developing enterprise software in multiple countries at a global company desirable</li><li>Experience in transforming and modernizing technology platforms is desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products is desirable.</li><li>Must travel to office a minimum of three days per week, in alignment with team days.</li><li>Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally. </li><li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication.&nbsp;</li></ul>Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
