This requires processing each physical and/or electronic file to select the information that is scanned to records for permanent retention and securely destroying the rest of the file. Summary of Duties:&nbsp;The Reference Graduate Assistant helps the library maintain and revise our extensive online research guide&nbsp;collection and other instructional and reference resources. Works collaboratively with library staff to provide&nbsp;circulation support and regular public services.&nbsp;Additional projects as assigned.Major Duties/Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;1. Maintains or updates library research guides at direction of Reference &amp; Instruction Librarian.&nbsp;2. Assists with revision of print and digital instructional and reference materials.&nbsp;3. Participates in circulation functions, including assisting in opening and closing the library.4. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.5.
